Talk about things you enjoy, share your opinions about certain topics and you will slowly build an audience. When you have somewhat of an audience, you can start monetising your podcast.

You have skills that others don’t. Maybe for you the skills you have are simple and you could do them with your eyes closed but for others, who don’t have them, want help learning them.
